Non destructive testing

We use various non destructive investigation methods to find flaws and imperfections in the material. Our strategy is to find, verify and implement NDT-techniques into the manufacturing processes wherever possible in order to improve the material quality.

Replica techniques

Sometimes it is not possible to cut a sample to investigate the part. In that case we can use non destructive metallographic investigation methods: replica technique to visualize the micro structure or contour shapes and dimensions.
